Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our client for a direct hire, hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining vendor records, resolving discrepancies, and implementing efficient workflows while ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role offers up to $95,000/year based on experience!

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager Include:
  • Oversee the accounts payable team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit card transactions, and expense reports.
  • Maintain vendor records and handle inquiries to resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and reconcile transactions for compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes, while supporting month-end/year-end closing and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of accounts payable or related experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in accounting principles, Microsoft Suite, and automation tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure regulatory compliance.
