Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Setup Quality Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Client Setup Quality Analyst ensures the accuracy and compliance of client benefit setups through detailed audits and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service, playing a key part in maintaining client satisfaction. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $22.37-$26.57/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Teams, Sales, and Client Setup to audit and ensure accurate client benefit configurations, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of setup documents, benefit templates, and new business groups, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Document and present audit findings, track inventory, and maintain positive client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects, ensuring departmental efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in auditing, quality review, or transaction processing.
  • Strong knowledge of audit processes, healthcare products, and benefit systems.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of technical proficiency.
