Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Setup Quality Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Client Setup Quality Analyst ensures the accuracy and compliance of client benefit setups through detailed audits and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service, playing a key part in maintaining client satisfaction. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $22.37-$26.57/Hour!
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Teams, Sales, and Client Setup to audit and ensure accurate client benefit configurations, identifying and addressing discrepancies.

Conduct comprehensive audits of setup documents, benefit templates, and new business groups, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Document and present audit findings, track inventory, and maintain positive client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Contribute to process improvements and special projects, ensuring departmental efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Minimum 4 years of experience in auditing, quality review, or transaction processing.

Strong knowledge of audit processes, healthcare products, and benefit systems.

Proven project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of technical proficiency.
