Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Boost Sales Representative to join our client in Conshohocken, PA for a hybrid opportunity! This role is designed to provide high-quality service by assisting potential and current customers in selecting the best financial products, resolving issues, and meeting their needs. Candidates will participate in an intensive 6–8-month on-the-job training program, designed to develop the skills necessary to excel in the role. This position requires flexible scheduling, including weekend and late-night shifts. This Direct-Hire opportunity is starting at $60,000/year!
Essential Job Functions:

Successfully complete the three levels of training within the program, including passing relevant exams and obtaining required licenses.

Understand and adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Build strong customer relationships by actively listening to concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering accurate information.

Provide expert assistance regarding financial products, ensuring customers receive information promptly and accurately.

Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School: or 1- 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education experience

Must be within daily commutable distance of the assigned office and available to work a hybrid schedule.

Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and late nights.
