Financial Analyst

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL! As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team with reporting and analysis, which will require strong analytical skills, financial modeling proficiency, and effective cross-functional collaboration. This opportunity offers between $40,000-90,000/year depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst Include:

• Manage the Monthly Reporting Calendar and coordinate closing cycles with the Corporate Consolidation team to meet deadlines.
• Serve as the Entity Liaison for corporate communications, including month-end reporting, training, and process implementation.
• Coordinate quarterly Board of Directors deck reporting with corporate and entity teams.
• Generate and validate financial reports, including Cash Flow, Order Backlogs, and Monthly Recurring Revenue, for management review and strategic planning.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support across departments, including cost, expense, revenue, and margin analysis, while contributing to budget and forecast alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and 3+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience in financial modeling and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.
