Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be located in central standard time)! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to drive the growth and success of our client’s organization. This Contract opportunity offers up to $45/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage candidates through cold calling, networking, social media, and innovative methods.
  • Conduct market research to guide recruitment strategies and identify talent pools.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume sales roles.
  • Develop relationships with passive candidates to match them with opportunities.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, using advanced interviewing techniques.
  • Advise hiring managers on compensation and assist with negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance candidate quality and reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment, ideally in call centers.
  • Mortgage or financial sector experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership.
