Director of Clinical Services

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join or client for a direct hire opportunity in North Wales, PA! As the Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for leading and supervising clinical services, ensuring compliance with policies, staff development, accurate medical record-keeping, and effective team collaboration while participating in performance improvement and staff evaluations. This role offers $140,000/year with additional bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities of the Director of Clinical Services Include:

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures related to clinical services.
• Lead and collaborate with the clinical management team to address service delivery issues and identify staff development needs.
• Supervise medical record maintenance and monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in staff selection, orientation, and performance evaluations while providing leadership and development support.
• Communicate essential clinical and administrative information to the Executive Director and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and State Certified RN license required; CHPN certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred experience in hospice or home health care.
• Strong administrative, supervision, and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
