The Contract Recruiter will support high-volume recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles. This Contract opportunity offers $26/Hour!

Source and review resumes for a variety of CSR positions.

Screen applicants based on qualifications and job requirements.

Conduct interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills and experience.

Evaluate candidates for best alignment with job roles and organizational needs.

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in candidate prescreening and recruitment.

Experience with high-volume recruiting, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and tracking candidates.

Strong ability to utilize ATS features while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with hiring regulations.
