Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
HR Coordinator to join our client for a fully remote, temporary opportunity! As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing key onboarding tasks, ensuring compliance with company processes, and effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role offers
$17-19/hour depending on experience!
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator Include:
- Assist with onboarding processes, including I-9 documentation audits and background check status monitoring.
- Conduct video interviews to verify identification documents such as driver's licenses, Social Security numbers, and birth certificates.
- Simultaneously use multiple applications to cross-reference information and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor and escalate background check issues when necessary, ensuring timely updates.
- Provide administrative support, staying adaptable and organized amidst shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with onboarding processes and I-9 documentation.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications at once.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing competing tasks effectively.
- Technologically savvy, with a keen eye for detail in cross-referencing and identifying discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and ask clarifying questions when needed.
