Compliance Specialist

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL! As the Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring vendor contracts adhere to legal and company standards, working across multiple states to maintain compliance and streamline processes. This role offers $60,000-70,000/year depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Compliance Specialist Include:

• Review and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Oversee vendor credentialing and work with multi-state vendors to address varying regulatory requirements.
• Develop and improve processes related to contract compliance and vendor management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to address compliance issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain responsive and efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on contract status and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in compliance, including contract review, vendor credentialing, and regulatory oversight.
• Proven experience working with vendors across multiple states and understanding jurisdictional variances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and openness to learning and improving processes.
• Highly responsive, with excellent communication and listening skills for streamlining ideas and solutions.
