Jacksonville, FL! As the Office & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth daily operations for our client's office location. This role offers
$20/hour!
Responsibilities of the Office & Marketing Coordinator Include:
- Ensure efficient office operations by managing workflow, filing systems, and visitor assistance.
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, and events, both in-office and off-site.
- Support vendor relationships, handle maintenance requests, and manage inventory.
- Assist with compiling reports for bi-weekly management meetings.
- Provide onboarding support for new hires and process daily mail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; proven experience in office coordination and marketing support.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to lift and manage office supplies.
