Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Office & Marketing Coordinator to join our client for a temporary-to-hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL! As the Office & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for  managing administrative tasks, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth daily operations for our client's office location. This role offers $20/hour!

Responsibilities of the Office & Marketing Coordinator Include:
  • Ensure efficient office operations by managing workflow, filing systems, and visitor assistance.
  • Coordinate meetings, webinars, and events, both in-office and off-site.
  • Support vendor relationships, handle maintenance requests, and manage inventory.
  • Assist with compiling reports for bi-weekly management meetings.
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires and process daily mail.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; proven experience in office coordination and marketing support.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and vendor management abilities.
  • Ability to lift and manage office supplies.
