Corporate Vehicle Specialist

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Vehicle Specialist to join our client for a long-term temporary, hybrid opportunity in Camden, NJ! As the Corporate Vehicle Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day test fleet operations, assisting with employee vehicle sales and leases, and providing timely customer service to the client's internal employees and executives. This role offers $20/hour!

Responsibilities of the Corporate Vehicle Specialist Include:

• Oversee daily test fleet operations, ensuring timely and accurate ordering, delivery, and assignment of vehicles.
• Assist with employee vehicle sales and leases, including preparing packets and coordinating deliveries with retailers.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service to current and former employees and executives.
• Manage corporate vehicle communications, responding to inquiries via calls, emails, and letters.
• Serve as a backup for the delivery specialist, assisting with employee vehicle deliveries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with retailers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities, especially in managing increasing workloads.
• Creative problem-solving skills to improve workflow and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry or relevant administrative roles is a plus.
