The Senior Disbursements Analyst will oversee the disbursements function, ensuring adherence to established procedures and compliance standards. This role involves monitoring the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of disbursement activities, recommending and implementing process enhancements, and managing incident tickets. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $67,000-$87,000/year!

Manage the positive pay process with banking partners.

Oversee and report on accounts payable-related government requirements.

Provide guidance for resolving complex or escalated payment cycle issues, escalating when necessary to senior management.

Collaborate with internal business units and offshore/onshore accounts payable teams to maintain strong customer relationships and high levels of satisfaction.

Act as the primary onshore escalation point for the offshore team, assisting in resolving disbursement-related challenges and coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT, Treasury, etc.) as needed.

Monitor the offshore accounts payable team to ensure service delivery according to established agreements (MSAs).

Lead disbursement-related activities for ERP migrations, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.

Experience in working with internal customers within large, complex organizations.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage relationships across various geographical regions and time zones.

Proficiency with integrated ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office tools and workflow software is a plus.

Experience managing and coaching outsourced team members across different cultures.
