Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an Engagement Agent to join our client for a temporary, remote opportunity! In this role, you will assist clients with enrolling in health insurance plans by providing excellent customer service and support. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $17/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls to screen clients for eligibility.
  • Conduct assessments for clients interested in health insurance enrollment.
  • Assist with sending quotes to clients and set follow-up tasks for agents if needed.
  • Ensure client information is accurately maintained in the CRM system.
  • Assist existing clients with updating their information (e.g., income, demographics), checking the status of their policy, or helping retrieve ID cards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and maintain service quality.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to assigned work hours.
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home.
  • A dependable high-speed internet connection.
  • Availability to work within our operational hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. (Two shifts are available: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.)
  • Must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime at a rate of time and a half if required.
