Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Client Services Associate plays a key role in supporting the efficient processing and management of fiduciary tax-related tasks. This position involves maintaining organized records, ensuring timely tax filings, and providing administrative support to the fiduciary tax department. This Contact opportunity offers $20-$25/Hour based on experience!

Responsibilities:
  • Track and process federal and state tax returns, including detailed record-keeping of the filing process.
  • Maintain schedules for federal and state estimated tax payments, ensuring timely remittance.
  • Coordinate communication with Relationship Managers regarding tax payments and respond to inquiries regarding tax matters.
  • Process check requests, manage deposit of refund checks, and maintain accurate audit trail records for fiduciary tax documents.
  • Assist Tax Advisors in collecting necessary information for tax return completion and participate in document management and retention activities.
  • Participate in department initiatives, working closely with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and improve processes.
  • Contribute to the department's overall development and actively engage in solutions to meet business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting financial, fiduciary, or accounting teams, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to manage multiple deadlines with consistent attention to detail.
  • Administrative experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
