Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking multiple Loan Processors to join our client in the following locations: Lewisville, TX, Lake Forest, CA, or Chandler, AZ! As a Loan Processor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them from application through to loan funding. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $40,000/year + bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.
  • Manage all aspects of the loan fulfillment process, adhering to established workflow policies and procedures.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation in the loan origination system based on customer communications.
  • Execute outbound communications to update customers on loan status, including welcome calls, status updates, closing coordination, and other critical touchpoints.
  • Proactively manage assigned loan pipelines, addressing any issues or escalations to ensure timely loan progression.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring loans progress according to schedule.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and management, providing updates on loan statuses and engaging in problem-solving for complex cases.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines while continuing to improve through feedback.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of loan processing experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with government and agency loan programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and loan origination systems; experience with Encompass is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime and weekend rotations.
