Marketing Coordinator

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Chadds Ford, PA! As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and quality control of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations, while managing client data in CRM systems and supporting content creation for various platforms. This role starts at $58,000/year depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator Include:

• Maintain and update qualifications materials, including resumes and project profiles.
• Develop proposals, Statements of Qualification, and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with RFP/RFQ/RFI guidelines.
• Assist with technical writing, content creation, and editing for case studies, white papers, and marketing materials.
• Manage and update client data, leads, and pipeline in CRM systems to ensure accuracy.
• Provide general marketing support, including content creation for websites, social media, and event coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3+ years of proposal coordination and marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop, with experience in CRM software (Deltek Vision preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
