Responsibilities of the Director of Operations Include:
- Ensure staffing aligns with client care plans, preferences, and availability, while monitoring staffing levels and addressing absenteeism promptly.
- Oversee and supervise scheduling, recruiting, and payroll staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflow systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and communication with leadership regarding staffing needs.
- Maintain up-to-date schedules, logs, and reports, ensuring communication between clinical leadership and other departments.
- Safeguard client and employee confidentiality in compliance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in staffing or a related field, ideally within healthcare.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution with the ability to work independently.
- Competent in using personal computers and data entry systems.
