Leasing Consultant

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Norristown, PA! As the Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process, building relationships with residents, and maintaining a professional image for the property. This role offers $23-27/hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant Include:

• Lease apartments in accordance with company policies, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless experience for prospective residents.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and outreach programs, including updating marketing materials and social media.
• Prepare and review all rental applications, lease forms, and weekly/monthly reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Field incoming phone calls, handle resident inquiries, and assist the Property Manager with day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks.
• Conduct market surveys, manage resident events, and engage in corporate outreach efforts, traveling as needed to build community relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or greater preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive up to 30 minutes each way as needed.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer relations with strong communication skills.
