Fleet Solutions Representative

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Fleet Solutions Representative to join our client for a temporary, hybrid opportunity in Mount Laurel, NJ! As the Fleet Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of client and prospect visits, contributing to customized presentations and logistics to ensure a seamless experience. This role offers $20-25/hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Fleet Solutions Representative Include:

• Plan and coordinate client and prospect visits, including meeting agendas and logistics such as room reservations, catering, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized meeting objectives and strategic presentations.
• Research client and prospect details, tailoring presentations and meeting strategies to fit their specific needs.
• Manage visit preparation and ensure all documents, materials, and logistics are in place for a successful execution.
• Support special projects, client forums, and events to enhance overall departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing, preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Two or more years of experience in account management or sales administration, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
