Office Coordinator to join our client for a temporary opportunity in
Seattle, WA! As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors while handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role offers
$25/hour!
Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator Include:
- Maintain a positive and inviting office atmosphere by building strong rapport with employees, managers, and customers, resolving facility-related issues as needed.
- Manage office communications and announcements, responding to facility-related requests and ensuring adherence to physical and data security protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, conduct facility tours, and manage badge systems for employees and visitors.
- Oversee office maintenance, vendor management, supply inventory, and shipping/receiving logistics, ensuring budget adherence and confidentiality.
- Collaborate on office event planning and execution, fostering a strong sense of community and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of general work experience, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and able to quickly learn new systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
