Business Analyst

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join our client for a temporary to hire, hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for claims processing and business operations in a production environment, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for process improvements. This role offers $25-30/hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst Include:

• Handle claims production tasks, including written inquiries and reconsiderations, to meet performance metrics.
• Assess procedures and regulatory requirements, incorporating necessary elements into documentation and specifications.
• Identify and recommend workflow or system process improvements.
• Support audit activities, researching claims issues and preparing audit responses.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, ensuring the claims team has up-to-date resources.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of claims/service operations experience, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of systems, process flows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in auditing, quality review, or transaction processing.
• Ability to work flexibly in a team environment and identify system impacts from process improvements.
