Customer Relationship Coordinator
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Customer Relationship Coordinator to join our client for a temporary to hire, hybrid opportunity in
Philadelphia, PA! As the Relationship Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between various health plans to resolve issues related to service delivery, claims processing, and procedural challenges across multiple products and business lines. This role offers
$25-30/hour!
Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Coordinator Include:
- Resolve common, complex, and escalated provider claims issues by collaborating with internal teams and external health plan partners.
- Track issues, conduct root cause analyses, and escalate problems to management for resolution at a national level.
- Partner with internal provider teams to ensure compliance with benefits requirements and achieve timely issue resolution.
- Manage inquiries from partner plans from start to completion, working cross-functionally as needed.
- Analyze trends and identify systemic issues, proposing updates and changes to eliminate operational challenges and improve claims adjudication processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in claims/service operations, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of Inter-Plan policies and processing standards, including Host and Home responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Cross-over, State Health Plans, Administrative Services Only (ASO), and Fully Insured products.
- Experience with developing and executing educational programs in the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
