Sr. Digital Transformation Analyst

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Digital Transformation Analyst to join our client for a direct hire, hybrid opportunity in Malvern, PA! As the Sr. Digital Transformation Analyst, you will drive the adoption of digital tools and processes within the finance department to enhance reporting, streamline operations, and unlock new levels of data-driven insights that boost business performance. This role starts at $87,500/year depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Sr. Digital Transformation Analyst Include:

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to assess current processes and identify opportunities for digital improvements.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (RPA, AI, Cloud Computing) and explore their potential applications in finance operations.
• Lead the implementation of new digital tools and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and facilitating user adoption.
• Manage the development and execution of BI Governance processes in collaboration with IT, ensuring best practices for tools like Power BI, QlikView, and GL Wands.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the digital skills of finance teams across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional finance environment, focusing on building and supporting BI reporting, particularly with Power BI.
• Proficiency in desktop reporting, GL Wands, MS Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, and Power BI; knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.
• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn new tools, with experience in emerging technologies like RPA and AI as a plus.
• Excellent judgment, the ability to work independently, and outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
