Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Senior Client Set Up Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Sr. Client Setup Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and compliant client benefit setups. This position involves conducting pre- and post-implementation audits, developing claims test scenarios, and performing comprehensive setup audits to guarantee client benefits are correctly configured. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $26.57/Hour based on experience!

Conduct and participate in internal/external audits to ensure accurate and compliant benefit setups across various products.

Review, validate, and audit client setup documents and benefit configurations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring alignment with contracts.

Collaborate with sales, audit, and setup teams to meet audit requirements and address errors.

Document audit findings, prepare reports, and present to stakeholders.

Manage client benefit changes, cancellations, and administrative adjustments, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

Resolve setup-related issues and maintain workflows to meet quality and production standards.

Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients for smooth benefit administration.

Contribute to special projects and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 4 years in benefits, claims auditing, or quality review.

Proficiency with benefit setup platforms (HealthRules Manager/Designer preferred).

Strong understanding of healthcare products, auditing processes, and claims systems.

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and high technical aptitude.

Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work cross-functionally.
