Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Temporary Data Analyst to join our client in Montvale, NJ! In this role you will support our client’s Claims Department in reviewing, assessing, and managing damage and shortage claims submitted by various business units. This position will play a crucial role in  maintaining detailed records of claim processing activities. This Contract opportunity is offering $25-35/HR!

Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation and supporting materials.
  • Discuss any issues with claimants to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all claims are processed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Actively communicate with partner carriers and insurance companies to facilitate the claims process.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of claim processing activities.
  • Manage and maintain insurance company account portfolio.
  • Provide reporting upon request to support decision-making and business insights.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:
  • College Degree required.
  • Experience in claim analytics required.
  • Technology savvy with knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain claim records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with claimants, partner carriers, and insurance companies.
  • Analytical skills to assess claims and make informed decisions.
