Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Customer Resolutions Coordinator to join our client in West Palm Beach, FL! The Customer Resolutions Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries. This role is responsible for managing customer communications, resolving issues promptly, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible experience for clients. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers $20/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to products or services, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all details are documented appropriately.
  • Monitor customer feedback and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior team members or managers when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with special projects, customer outreach initiatives, and events that involve direct interaction with clients.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback to help improve processes and overall service delivery.
  • Stay informed about company policies, services, and product updates to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or problem-resolution role.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and handle a fast-paced workload.
  • A positive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
