Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be located in Central or Mountain time)! The Revenue Assurance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of clients into our service agreements. This position involves utilizing DocuSign for document management, maintaining effective client communication, and collaborating with business lines to create and manage service agreements. This Contract opportunity offers $22-$25/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize DocuSign to create and manage document templates, perform mass mailings, and handle client communications.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth transitions and address any queries or issues.
  • Collaborate with various business lines to develop and finalize new service agreements.
  • Engage in internal meetings and maintain continuous communication with team members.
  • Support internal resources and assist in training initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with DocuSign is essential.
  • Experience with Excel, including general functions such as V-lookups.
  • Administrative background with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or retirement plans is a plus.
  • Previous operational support experience is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Relevant degrees and professional credentials are encouraged.
