Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client for a long-term, temporary position in Camden, NJ! As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to senior-level staff, while handling a variety of administrative tasks and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth daily operations. This opportunity offers $18-$20/Hour based on experience!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative assistance to senior staff, including data entry and document management.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project coordination.
  • Communicate with external retailers to gather necessary information for decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications and project details.
  • Assist with preparing reports, tracking progress, and summarizing data for senior team members.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in administrative support or customer service (phone or retail experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to manage data and create reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, while also being comfortable in a team environment.
