Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client in North Miami, Florida! This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. The Graphic Designer will work closely with different departments to ensure that all creative projects align with our brand identity and effectively communicate the intended message. This permanent opportunity is starting at $45,000-$55,000/year!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design visual materials for both print and digital platforms, such as promotional materials, brochures, digital ads, website content, and social media graphics.
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across all communication channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand project goals and create appropriate design solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Regularly update and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring it reflects current events and content.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas to enhance the organization’s visual identity.
  • Stay current with design trends and industry standards to ensure the organization’s materials remain fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a non-profit, cultural, or educational setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in web design and content management systems (WordPress).
  • Knowledge of preparing files for print and working with external printers and vendors.
