Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Servicer Balancing Analyst to join our client in Highlands Ranch, CO! The Servicer Balancing Analyst ensures accurate and timely reconciliation of reports and remittances from primary servicers in compliance with Servicing Agreements. This role involves resolving reporting discrepancies, handling inquiries, and collaborating across departments, while managing processes independently. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $23.83-$28.85/Hour!

Reconcile servicer reports within set timeframes and policies.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned servicers, addressing inquiries.

Investigate and correct discrepancies in reporting and cash settlements.

Ensure accurate cash receipts and prepare monthly wire distributions.

Manage up to 30,000 loans and $200 million in monthly remittances.

Support team members and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in Excel; knowledge of servicer balancing software is a plus.

Ability to manage tasks independently with strong attention to detail.
