Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Closing Associate to join our client in Farmers Branch, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and delivery of loan documents while maintaining effective communication with title companies and custodians. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers $17.31/Hour!

Digitally archive and manage loan documents in the imaging system.

Deliver and follow up on collateral documents with the custodian.

Resolve exceptions related to collateral and final documents promptly.

Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.

Utilize company applications for document delivery and tracking.

Communicate with title companies and county offices to obtain necessary loan documentation.

Record document recording fees accurately in the system.

Perform additional tasks as required to support the post-closing process.
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in the mortgage industry or a related closing role.

Familiarity with collateral documents and experience working with title companies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
