Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a remote opportunity (must be in Central or Eastern time zone). This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through email, phone, web inquiries, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. The representative will promote products through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining accurate records. This Contract-to-Hire position starts at $20/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service across various communication channels, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Research and resolve customer concerns, following up as necessary.
Educate customers on products and membership benefits, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate customer records, updating profiles and transaction logs.
Adhere to metrics and ensure timely data entry.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Participate in outbound call campaigns and stay informed about products and policies.
Assist in maintaining and updating policies and documentation.
Identify areas for improvement in communications and processes.
Contribute to special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems and customer record management.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
Strong team player with collaborative skills.
