Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Scanner and Processor to join our client in Albany, NY! This role is essential in ensuring accurate handling and processing of documents, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service quality and continuous improvement. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity is offering $20/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

Review, scan, and process a variety of legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Perform data entry to update client information and ensure database integrity.
Fulfill customer orders across different jurisdictions promptly.
Communicate accurate results to clients in a timely manner, ensuring their needs are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to documentation and client inquiries.
Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
Manage electronic filing and retrieval of documents to maintain organized records.
