Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our client's team in Miami, FL. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing key billing operations, including data entry, report generation, and auditing. You'll play an essential part in ensuring that billing processes are accurate and compliant, especially for employees on leave. By organizing and preparing billing information for analysis, you’ll support the Billing Coordinator in keeping payments up-to-date and accurate. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,760 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and manage billing data in line with established procedures.
  • Run and review payroll reports weekly to verify that all payments are processed and premiums are paid.
  • Compile and organize data into comprehensive packages for review by the Billing Coordinator.
  • Audit billing-related reports to ensure compliance with company policies and leave regulations.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support billing operations.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to generate reports, analyze trends, and monitor billing cycles.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in billing, payroll, or accounting, with a solid understanding of billing cycles.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on auditing and compliance.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn and use new software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
  • No prior healthcare or insurance experience is necessary for this role.
