This temporary-to-permanent opportunity focuses on achieving goals in safety, quality, customer service, financial performance, and workforce development through comprehensive operational strategies, project management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and align facility operations with company vision and goals.

Drive quality production, regulatory compliance, and key metric achievements.

Develop and communicate strategic operational plans.

Promote a zero-injury environment and uphold safety standards.

Ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., FDA, OSHA, DEA) and maintain quality standards.

Manage KPIs to optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Oversee equipment, automation, and Lean initiatives.

Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation across shifts.

Train team members for safe, efficient, and high-quality performance.

Lead facility and equipment maintenance for uninterrupted operations.

Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methods.

Manage budgets and track departmental expenses to meet financial targets.
Qualifications:

Proven leadership with experience in team engagement.

Strong project management and continuous improvement skills (Lean, Six Sigma).

Familiarity with Standard Work and operational excellence practices.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with regulated business systems (e.g., ERP, CMMS, QMS).

Financial acumen with budget management experience.

5+ years in operations management within a regulated environment; pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Lean or Six Sigma certification.

Knowledge of USP, FDA, OSHA, DEA regulations.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess processes, propose improvements, and optimize inter-departmental collaboration.
