Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Client Solutions Analyst for a hybrid, temp-to-perm role in Philadelphia, PA, with potential earnings up to $46/hour. This position is crucial for resolving complex client issues by identifying root causes, collaborating with teams across functions, and enhancing processes to prevent future issues. Working closely with stakeholders in sales, claims, billing, enrollment, and implementation, the Analyst ensures efficient resolutions and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and resolve client-specific issues through root cause analysis and preventive solutions.

Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to address and resolve complex issues.

Maintain relationships with leadership, providing strategic summaries of issues and resolutions.

Maintain issue databases to support accurate KPI reporting, keeping clients updated on progress.

Identify and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce issue recurrence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years in healthcare operations or project management; self-funded claims experience preferred.

Knowledge of healthcare payer operations.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
