Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an Customer Service Representative to join our client in Wexford, PA! This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers $19/Hour based on experience. The Customer Service Representative supports the daily activities of the Appraisal Department, ensuring timely and compliant appraisal processing across multiple channels. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, such as Underwriting and Processing, and direct communication with appraisers when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage appraisal orders within an assigned region.

Utilize client systems to maintain efficient workflow and monitor appraisal progress.

Generate and maintain reports to track appraisal status from order to completion.

Assist clients with tasks related to appraisal orders and resolve any conditions that arise.

Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage or appraisal industry.

Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
