Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Receptionist to join our client in Baltimore, MD! This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. This Contract opportunity offers $20-$24/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist clients with completing necessary forms and documents.
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services and processes.
  • Schedule client appointments and manage the calendar for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure client files and records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
