Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Director of Finance to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Fort Washington, PA. This permanent opportunity offers up to $130,000 annually! The Director of Finance will focus on financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with senior management to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation and analysis of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
  • Present financial performance insights to senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the development, selection, and implementation of budgeting and forecasting systems.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis and long-term forecasting.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and financial improvement.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to enhance organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting systems implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced work environments and shifting priorities.
