Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Morrisville, PA! This temporary opportunity offers $25/hour! The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the human resources department, particularly in recruitment and onboarding activities. This role involves managing data systems, maintaining compliance with HR policies, and assisting in talent acquisition efforts to ensure seamless employee integration and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and post job openings on internal and external platforms.

Manage and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Document and track recruitment activities, ensuring records are complete and up to date.

Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire data entry, workstation setup requests, and personnel file creation.

Conduct preliminary applicant screenings, such as resume reviews and phone interviews.

Schedule interviews and handle applicant correspondence regarding employment inquiries.

Support hiring managers by referring qualified candidates and assisting with interview logistics.

Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements, escalating discrepancies as needed.

Prepare and distribute offer letters and related documents.

Participate in recruiting events such as college and community job fairs.

Support external recruitment efforts by coordinating with staffing agencies and search firms.

Monitor and ensure the accurate completion of I-9 forms and other compliance documentation.

Compile and present hiring metrics and data reports as required.

Provide additional administrative support and contribute to HR-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in HR or related fields is a plus.

At least one year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function is preferred.

Familiarity with HR systems, including ATS platforms, is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
