Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! This temporary opportunity offers between $38-$41/Hour! The HRIS Analyst will support the Human Resources team in managing HR systems, analyzing workforce data, and providing actionable insights through advanced reporting. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of HR systems, maintain data integrity, and support decision-making through detailed reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assignments within the HR Analytics & Reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to management by analyzing potential scenarios and outcomes.

Execute tasks and deliverables under the guidance of senior analysts and management, contributing to team projects as needed.

Generate and maintain reports and queries using advanced tools, including calculated fields, matrix, and composite reports.

Ensure data integrity across systems by conducting routine queries, audits, and data analysis.

Update and maintain business processes, condition rules, and other system configurations as required.

Develop and present project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Gather business requirements, conduct process analysis, and suggest improvements to optimize HR systems and reporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in HR Analytics & Reporting or a similar analytical role.

5+ years of experience working within an HRIS team or as an Oracle consultant.

Proficiency with Oracle platforms (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft), Tableau, and SQL for report generation and data analysis.

Strong understanding of statistical methods such as predictive analytics, regression analysis, and ROI analysis.

Experience creating executive-level presentations and recommendations based on data findings.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.

Familiarity with HR functions and workflows.

Proven ability to work independently on assignments requiring discretion and sound judgment.
