Customer Service Representative

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to join our client for a direct hire, fully remote opportunity! As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support to borrowers by answering inquiries related to mortgages and loan maintenance. This role offers $17/hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Include:

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding escrow, loan maintenance, PMI removal, and mortgage payments, providing accurate and timely information.
• Maintain professionalism and composure while addressing complex or emotionally charged customer concerns, including de-escalating frustrated borrowers.
• Navigate and utilize multiple in-house systems to document customer interactions and track loan-related information efficiently.
• Stay informed and up-to-date on training materials, policies, and procedures, referencing them as needed during calls.
• Meet performance metrics and service level expectations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mortgage or financial services is highly preferred. 
• Proficient in using computer systems, including proprietary platforms, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills to quickly access and reference required information during customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet key performance indicators in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
