Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Associates to join our client in Wayne, PA for a hybrid opportunity! The successful candidates will play a crucial role in processing data, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of our risk solutions and coverage processes. This Contract opportunity is offering $20/HR!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Excel-based tools to process location and values data for entry into the rating system.
  • Input data from applications into the rating system accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email with internal and external customers.
  • Review and handle written customer requests with attention to detail and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Qualify accounts based on established the client's guidelines.
  • Research property locations for prior coverage and losses using the client's systems.
  • Utilize internet resources to research accounts, assign occupancies to locations, and calculate total insured values.
  • Enter quotes in the client's quoting and rating system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Order risk assessments when required and contribute to the issuance of bound new business.
  • Gather information for monthly exception accounts and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with brokers/agencies, customers, and internal departments to address inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Quote accounts within authority limits by reviewing exposures, experience rating, and updating account information.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with insurance or risk management concepts is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
