Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in eastern time zone). This temporary opportunity is starting at $30/Hour! The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with vendor representatives and site leaders to plan and implement services.

Monitor the installation of equipment, such as water dispensers, at multiple locations.

Support the onboarding of new janitorial vendors, including issue escalation and progress tracking.

Assist in coordinating Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for minor construction projects with appropriate oversight.

Address facilities issues by promptly contacting landlords and coordinating necessary repairs.

Manage furniture moves between locations as needed.

Work with furniture vendors to create lists for new clinics, submit approvals, and oversee logistics for delivery to warehouses.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in project management or related roles (e.g., executive assistant, facilities manager).

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered without a degree.

Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
