Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Houston, TX or Pipersville, PA! This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers $25-$28/Hour. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the hiring process. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for supporting HR and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Draft and distribute offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate reference checks and verify employment eligibility through I-9 documentation and background screenings.
  • Manage the submission and tracking of recruitment-related invoices.
  • Maintain and organize FMLA paperwork and other relevant employee records.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies, including snacks, for team events and daily operations.
  • Support the recruitment team in handling approximately eight new hires per month.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate data and reports using Excel and other tracking tools.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
