Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Brand Partnerships & Experiential Marketing Specialist to join our client in Camden, NJ! This long-term, temporary opportunity offers $32-$37/Hour! The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing brand partnership initiatives and experiential marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event activations, including interactive displays, giveaways, and community engagement activities.
  • Manage sponsorship integrations, ensuring smooth execution of ticket allocations, digital content, and signage.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including form creation, QR code setup, and results tracking.
  • Oversee the administration and logistics of corporate vehicle assets for events and sponsorships, including procurement, wrapping, and delivery.
  • Submit and manage creative requests to internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive practices to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing partnership strategies.
  • Support additional project management and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, event activation, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event execution.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to travel for events.
