Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our client in Norcross, GA! This permanent opportunity offers up to $101,000/year based on experience! The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating nursing services to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Nurse Supervisor will provide both direct and indirect skilled nursing care, support staff development, and collaborate with leadership to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care directly to patients and ensure the proper implementation of physician orders.

Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development and ensuring clinical competence.

Conduct staff orientations, monitor performance, and provide timely evaluations and feedback.

Coordinate patient care with the scheduling team to ensure timely and appropriate service delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely patient-related documentation to support regulatory compliance and billing processes.

Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and administrative policies and procedures.

Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable professional certifications, licensure, and accreditation standards.

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide guidance and support for urgent patient needs.

Step in as needed to manage calls, assist with patient care, and ensure seamless operations during staff shortages or emergencies.

Provide infusion therapy to patients in-home or within an infusion suite as required.

Drive to patient locations as needed, supporting clinical services across a wide area.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required, MSN preferred.

Active RN license in good standing with the applicable State Board of Nursing.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, critical care, or similar areas.

At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and support staff.

Clinical expertise in IV therapies, including monitoring and managing various types of vascular access devices.

Advanced certifications in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) are preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in fast-paced clinical environments.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows and meet deadlines.

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a designated area.
Work Schedule and Requirements:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (in-office).

Participation in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
