Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Billing Representative to join our client in Wilmington, DE! This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers $20-$22/Hour! The Part-Time Billing Representative will play a key role in supporting accounts receivable processes while delivering exceptional customer service to address billing-related inquiries. This position involves managing day-to-day billing activities, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to special projects as needed.

Provide prompt and professional responses to billing-related phone calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Perform daily accounts receivable and billing functions, including manual payment applications, issuing refunds, transferring funds, and investigating failed payment transactions.

Research and resolve billing variances to maintain system accuracy and ensure account integrity.

Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to streamline billing processes and address discrepancies effectively.

Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in billing or financial transaction processing required.

Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Excellent customer service and communication skills to address client concerns professionally.

Proficiency with computer systems and financial software is preferred.
