Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Capital Investment Project Manager to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Moorestown, NJ! This permanent opportunity offers $130,000-$140,000 annually! The Capital Investment Project Manager oversees maintenance, capital improvement, and construction initiatives that are essential to the organization’s growth and sustainability. This role involves the strategic planning and execution of various projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage rebranding and debranding efforts, ensuring all installations and closures meet regulatory requirements.

Oversee capital improvement projects, including lighting upgrades, external appearance enhancements, and equipment installations.

Develop project scopes, bid specifications, and schedules; evaluate vendor proposals to align with organizational standards.

Coordinate communication between office and field staff to maintain seamless project execution.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and final approvals for contracted work, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Maintain comprehensive records of technical details for all installed equipment and infrastructure.

Monitor and report on construction schedules to minimize operational disruptions.

Provide field support to resolve site-specific issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

Supervise contractors and vendors, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.

Assist in preparing capital, maintenance, and construction budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure federal, state, and local permits are secured for all relevant projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Professional Engineering certification is a plus.

2–5 years of experience in capital project management, construction oversight, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to interpret technical documents and regulatory requirements.

Competence in developing and maintaining safety protocols.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites (approximately 50% field-based work).
