Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Solutions Advisor to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in central or eastern time zones)! This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers up to $25/hour! This role is integral in addressing technical issues, troubleshooting system errors, and supporting operational needs such as e-learning platforms, certification processes, and product setup. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth technical operations.
Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving technical challenges.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e-learning systems, certifications, and product configurations.

Administer and monitor the delivery of online products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems, implementing solutions in a timely manner.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal team use.

Plan and execute follow-up actions to ensure customer requests are fully addressed.

Conduct regular reviews of operational reports and data to maintain quality and efficiency.

Prepare and deliver system demonstrations for clients utilizing e-learning tools.

Participate in ongoing meetings with project leads to discuss updates and changes.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3–5 years of customer service or technical support experience.

Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Proficiency in HTML and CSS for dashboard customization and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and helpdesk systems like Freshdesk or similar tools.

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving, patience, and adaptability.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing multiple responsibilities.
