Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Solutions Advisor to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in central or eastern time zones)! This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers up to $25/hour! This role is integral in addressing technical issues, troubleshooting system errors, and supporting operational needs such as e-learning platforms, certification processes, and product setup. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth technical operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving technical challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e-learning systems, certifications, and product configurations.
  • Administer and monitor the delivery of online products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal team use.
  • Plan and execute follow-up actions to ensure customer requests are fully addressed.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational reports and data to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver system demonstrations for clients utilizing e-learning tools.
  • Participate in ongoing meetings with project leads to discuss updates and changes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of customer service or technical support experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for dashboard customization and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and helpdesk systems like Freshdesk or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving, patience, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing multiple responsibilities.
